Please arrive on time to receive your full service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled.After your service, we ask to pre-schedule your next appointment so that you will always receive the date, time and stylist of your choice.
cancellations
In consideration of clients and our stylists, we require 24 hour notice for any canceled appointments. Missed appointments will be charged the full amount of service.returns
Products returned within 14 days may be exchanged for another product. If you are not completely satisfied with any service, please notify us within 7 days of your service.bridal policies

- To reserve your wedding day, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required.
- Hair and make-up trials are required for all brides.
- All brides will be given a service agreement / contract to ensure how many services, price quotes and timing for your special day. Prices may vary due to length of hair, extra time, or style changes made the day of.
- The person who signs the service agreement / contract is respondsible for all the members of the party.
- We will travel to your location within Rhode Island, parts of Massachusetts and Connecticut. An additional fee may apply due to travel time.
- On location services require a minimum of $400 for the day and $500 for a Sunday.
- To stay on schedule, all up-styles or curls are performed on dry hair only. These services do not include a shampoo and blow dry.
